Will Shouse

Will Shouse is a Senior Associate at Site Selection Group, specializing in portfolio and transaction management for large real estate portfolios. He fosters proactive relationships with landlords, brokers, and clients to support strategic office site selection and market research. With expertise in financial analysis, Will evaluates lease negotiations and deal terms, ensuring data-driven decision-making. He also develops Key Performance Indicator (KPI) models and portfolio dashboards to track value creation and optimize real estate strategies.

Before joining Site Selection Group, Will built a strong foundation in performance analytics, financial modeling, and market research. He previously worked at Greystar in property management before transitioning to financial analysis roles at SitusAMC and Affinius Capital, where he assessed asset, investment, and fund-level performance.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Kansas. He is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Yardi InvestorPlus, Yardi Voyager, PowerBI, CoStar, and other real estate analytics platforms. Outside of work, he enjoys attending concerts, sporting events, and singing in a community choir.
