Will Ramirez is a Vice President of the economic incentive division of Site Selection Group. He brings over ten plus years of compliance-focused expertise to negotiating, securing, and administering compliance services for discretionary and statutory economic incentives.

Throughout his career, Will has overseen the procurement and fulfillment of discretionary and statutory economic incentives for various industries and sectors. He understands the value of clear communication and transparency when working with clients and program liaisons. Will understands the attention and need for economic incentives to drive client projects from a vision to fruition. He believes trust, collaboration, and organization are all instrumental in creating success for our clients.

Before joining Site Selection Group, Will worked at Ryan, LLC. There, he refined his aptitude for securing and negotiating economic incentives. He also established key relationships with program administrators that continue to be beneficial for all parties.
