Will Ramirez serves as a Vice President at Site Selection Group. His primary focus is identifying and analyzing market trends to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth. He also leads and manages his team to ensure they have the guidance and support needed to develop and excel, highlighting the priority of exceptional client service.

Will’s career began as a multiple tax compliance auditor at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, where he gained valuable insights into regulatory processes. He then expanded his experience as a credit and incentive consultant at Ryan, LLC for seven years, specializing in tax incentives in Texas and Louisiana. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of both sides of the process, enabling him to navigate complex projects across various industries. At SSG, Will has partnered with clients such as Milo’s Tea, EPIC Y-Grade, PurFoods, Canadian Solar, Ruiz Foods, and 8 Rivers. while his previous work with major corporations like UPS, Dell, NRG Energy, and Valley Health System further underscores his versatility.

An alumnus of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a concentration in accounting, Will also holds an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He is proficient in Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, BBQing, watching sports, attending music festivals, and traveling.
