Vatsal Shah is an Analyst at Site Selection Group, where he assists in the company’s consulting efforts with a focus on labor market analysis, geospatial analytics, database management, and related data-driven insights. His role supports the firm's comprehensive approach to site selection consulting by ensuring accurate and actionable analytics.
Before joining Site Selection Group, Vatsal worked as a Data Analyst intern at Fortress Investment Group, where he specialized in reporting and data visualization. This experience sharpened his analytical skills, making him well-equipped for his current responsibilities. Additionally, he gained valuable industry insights as an Analyst intern at Realms Consulting, working closely with real estate property management clients.
Vatsal holds an MSC in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas and is certified as an Alteryx Core Designer. His technical proficiency includes Alteryx and Power BI expertise, which he leverages to deliver high-quality analytics.
Outside of work, Vatsal enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing pool. He has even won a couple of snooker tournaments.
