Vann Shank is a Vice President with Site Selection Group, specializing in helping clients navigate all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. With 25 years of industry experience, he provides expert guidance on site selection, lease negotiations, transaction management, and economic incentive strategies. His background includes working on both sides of transactions—as a Tenant Representative, Leasing Broker, and in Asset Management—giving him a unique perspective on structuring deals that best serve his clients.

Born and raised in Dallas, Vann leverages his deep market knowledge to assist clients across a range of industries and geographic locations. He values SSG’s flexibility in serving diverse client needs, whether for office, industrial, or specialized facility requirements.

Vann earned both his Bachelor’s in Finance and Master’s in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and was recognized as a DCEO Power Broker in 2021. Outside of work, Vann enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
