Tyler Tillery is a Vice President at Site Selection Group, where he focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering strategic support to his team. Tyler’s responsibilities include guiding the team in project execution, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that align with their long-term goals.

Tyler brings 8 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage to his role. He began his career as a Market Director at NAI Robert Lynn, progressing to Vice President, where he managed a variety of transactions, including sale/leasebacks, portfolio sales, project leasing, and tenant representation. He then joined Whitebox Real Estate, leading the Industrial Real Estate division and managing a team of brokers from D/FW to Houston, focusing exclusively on tenant representation. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry and the complexities of industrial transactions.

Specializing in warehouse and distribution, logistics, manufacturing, industrial outside storage, flex spaces, and life sciences lab spaces, Tyler has worked with clients including Zipline Logistics and Drone Delivery, IQ Supply Solutions, Hilltop Stone, Otis Elevator, Builders First Source, and Markitplace. He is particularly excited by the industry’s growing momentum toward nearshoring and reshoring, a trend he believes could mark the start of a transformative shift akin to the Industrial Revolution.
Tyler’s unique perspective is informed by his service in the Marine Corps, where he completed multiple combat deployments overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His background in leadership, problem-solving, and tactical planning, combined with his industry knowledge, allows him to approach client challenges with a strategic mindset and execute transactions with integrity.
