Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan is a Partner of the Project Management Services Division of Site Selection Group. He manages the daily operations of the division including pre-lease services, strategic planning, design management, construction management, vendor coordination, relocations/decommissioning, and project close-out for our clients. Tim has over 12 years of experience in project management services and global corporate real estate. He has completed over 500 projects including corporate offices, call centers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, headquarters, medical, retail, and build-to-suits ranging from 1,500 to 500,000 square feet. 

Tim’s primary focus is to deliver projects on time and on budget with minimal disruption to our clients’ day-to-day operations. His ability to negotiate and create leverage with architects, general contractors, and other outside vendors allows clients to maximize savings and time for their projects.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Tim was the Managing Director of Project Management Services for an international tenant representation firm.
