Steven Schneider

Steven Schneider is a Senior Vice President at Site Selection Group, specializing in corporate real estate advisory services for office and industrial clients. With over 26 years of experience, he helps companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and across the country manage their real estate portfolios. His expertise spans market research, site selection, lease negotiations, portfolio management, acquisitions, and dispositions. 

Before joining Site Selection Group in 2015, Steven held leadership roles at Grubb & Ellis and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he earned multiple awards for his contributions. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including Blackhawk Industrial Distribution, D-BAT, Level Four Group, Collabera, and View Capital Advisors.

Steven earned his degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is proficient in industry tools such as ProCalc and LeaseUp. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, fishing, traveling, and attending sporting events. He lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
