Senior Associate
Sean Allen is a Senior Associate at Site Selection Group, where he manages client projects from planning through occupancy, helping ensure successful project execution and seamless transitions into new facilities. He coordinates project schedules, provides ongoing client updates, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track and aligned with client objectives.
Sean brings more than eight years of experience in construction management, with a background spanning both general contracting and owner-side project management. He has supported a variety of commercial and multifamily projects and has worked with nationally recognized companies including Starbucks, TJX, GAP, CWS Properties, and Lincoln Commercial. His experience gives him a practical understanding of the construction process and the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact project timelines.
Sean has a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve project visibility, collaboration, and communication. He is proficient in Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Monday.com, and a variety of project management and technology platforms. He is particularly excited by the growing trend of converting traditional office buildings into mixed-use developments, creating new opportunities for revitalizing urban markets.
