Sam Laber

Sam Laber is an Associate at Site Selection Group, where he supports the Corporate Real Estate Services Division through a wide range of responsibilities including market research, real estate analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of client materials. He also contributes to lease administration, business development, and other functions that support project execution across multiple industries and property types.

Sam brings a strong foundation in finance and a collaborative mindset to the team. Prior to joining Site Selection Group, he completed internships at Whitebox Advisors in Austin, where he worked on the CLO team analyzing company debt structures, and with Marriott’s finance team in London, where he managed accounts payable and revenue reporting. He also gained early corporate finance experience with Varsity Brands in Dallas.

Sam recently graduated from the Villanova School of Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. He is proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Office suite, skills he developed extensively through both academic and internship work.  Outside of the office, Sam enjoys watching sports, staying active, and spending time with his dog, friends, and family.
