Paige Koury

Paige Koury is a Director with Site Selection Group's office team, bringing over five years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. She manages clients’ real estate portfolios by conducting multi-market surveys to identify opportunities, providing detailed financial analyses, coordinating site tours, facilitating communications among various teams, and negotiating lease terms to secure favorable outcomes.

Before joining SSG, Paige built her expertise as a retail leasing associate with one of the nation’s largest publicly traded REITs, Kimco Realty. There, she represented landlords, focused on tenant retention, and crafted optimal tenant mixes for shopping centers, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of the leasing process. This background allows her to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions that foster strong relationships and drive successful results.

Paige has worked with a diverse range of clients, including T-Mobile, Rollins, Commonwealth Financial, Teleperformance, Astound, Spring Oaks, and Navient. She holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Cincinnati—proudly sporting her Bearcats spirit.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and spending time at the lake in Michigan with friends and family.
