Nichole Espitia is an Associate at Site Selection Group, where she supports the Project Management Division by coordinating projects, scheduling client meetings, obtaining contractor quotes, and managing project workflows. She plays an integral role in supporting the Rollins account, helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish.
Nichole brings more than 10 years of project coordination and office management experience to the team. Prior to joining Site Selection Group, she managed operations for a general construction company and a facility management business, where she developed a strong foundation in construction administration, client service, and organizational management. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure projects remain on track while delivering a high level of service to clients and project partners.
Nichole is proficient in QuickBooks and continues to expand her project management expertise through platforms such as Monday.com. She enjoys learning more about the construction industry and is passionate about strengthening her knowledge of the general contracting process.
