Mike Rareshide

Mike Rareshide is a Director at Site Selection Group, where he specializes in servicing the needs of national corporate real estate portfolios for multi-market clients, with a particular focus on data center initiatives. In his role, Mike combines detailed analysis with innovative tools to structure creative real estate solutions, representing his clients through site selection, expansions, dispositions, sales, and investment projects.

With over 10 years of experience, Mike previously distinguished himself as a multi-year top (#1) producer, which played an integral role in driving the company's brokerage and development growth. At SSG, he applies his expertise in data centers, colocation solutions, and national portfolio account management to serve clients such as Windstream Communications, CoreWeave, Rollins Co., Data Canopy, Iozera, Ferguson Supply, and Aesop. Mike excels in navigating complex situations to deliver strategic insight and effective solutions for his clients.

Mike holds a Master’s degree in Music Performance from the Royal Academy of Music in London and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Texas Christian University. He is also proficient in utilizing technology platforms like Monday.com. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wiener dog, Goose, producing and playing music, and passionately supporting Dallas sports teams.
