Michael has over 37 years of experience in the contact center industry. He has held senior executive positions and has a strong track record of enhancing call center performance and productivity globally, spanning 6 continents. He is renowned for his expertise in cost containment and his ability to excel in fostering employee and customer engagement. His impressive career includes contributions to esteemed companies such as JP Morgan Chase, USAA, Regus, Direct Energy, 1800Flowers.com and AmplifAI.

Michael possesses a talent for recognizing strategic growth opportunities, motivating teams, facilitating partnerships through effective negotiations, and implementing corporate initiatives that drive shareholder value and profits while maintaining a contented staff. Outside of the office, Michael is an avid outdoorsman, and he finds great joy in spending quality time with his five children and six grandchildren from his home in Broken Arrow, OK.
