Luke Harp leads real estate transactions at Site Selection Group, acting as the primary transaction broker for his clients. He oversees negotiations for new locations, lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions, while also providing strategic management for clients’ real estate portfolios. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous role as a new market expansion analyst for a development company, naturally leading him to his current role at SSG.
Specializing in Flex/Industrial, Office, and Medical real estate across both national and local markets, Luke has managed transactions for clients including Rollins, T-Mobile, Behavioral Innovations, and Alliance Technical Group. He leverages his extensive experience handling diverse building types across numerous geographical locations to deliver resourceful solutions that meet his clients' evolving needs. Always seeking to enhance his effectiveness, Luke is committed to continually finding innovative ways to add value for his clients.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a licensed real estate sales agent, Luke lives in Lake Highlands with his wife and their two young children. When he's not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family—whether coaching a youth soccer team or cheering on his favorite team as a passionate Texas Longhorns sports fan.
