Lexi Mayfield

Lexi Mayfield is an Associate at Site Selection Group, where she supports the Corporate Real Estate Services Division. In her role, Lexi conducts in-depth market research, assists with financial analyses, and prepares client-facing materials to help execute strategic real estate initiatives. Her responsibilities also include abstracting leases, managing project workflows, coordinating with brokers and landlords, and supporting client site tours with tools such as RFPs, LOIs, and tour books.

Lexi brings a unique combination of analytical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Prior to joining Site Selection Group, she earned her Texas real estate license and gained experience in both residential and commercial real estate. While in college, she interned as a data analyst at Texas Home Improvements, using regression analysis to help optimize service offerings. She also coached competitive volleyball, developing her leadership and time management abilities in high-pressure environments.

Lexi graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analytics and a specialization in Real Estate Finance. She is certified in Microsoft Excel, Python, and SQL, and is proficient in platforms such as CoStar, ScoutSpace, Alteryx, and Canva. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys lifting weights, playing volleyball, cooking, and spending time with her Labrador. She also runs a small vintage resale business, curating and selling secondhand fashion finds.
