Lee M. Wagner, CCIM

Lee Wagner is a Senior Partner at Site Selection Group, where he leads the Dallas/Fort Worth Brokerage Division. With more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience, Lee specializes in site selection and analysis, lease and sublease negotiations, and space expansion strategies for companies of all sizes. Over his career, he has been directly involved in transactions totaling more than $500 million and spanning 4 million square feet.

Lee holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a distinction earned by only 6% of commercial real estate professionals nationwide. This certification reflects his expertise in financial, market, user, and investment analysis for commercial real estate.

Recognized for his industry leadership, Lee has been named a CoStar Power Broker, a Dallas Business Journal “Heavy Hitter,” and a DCEO Power Broker.

Lee earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, supporting the Highland Park Independent School District, and cheering on Texas high school football on Friday nights.
