Chief Executive Officer
King White is the CEO and Founder of Site Selection Group, where he leads business development, account management, internal operations, and strategic planning while setting the overall vision and mission of the company. With over 30 years of industry experience, King’s journey began as a Principal at Trammell Crow Company, where he built their site selection and economic incentive service line from the ground up. After Trammell Crow was acquired by CBRE in 2006, he founded Site Selection Group and, over the past 15+ years, has grown it into one of North America’s largest independent providers of location advisory, economic incentive services, corporate real estate services, and economic development consulting.
Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its full scope of service offerings to a diverse array of industries, including business process outsourcing, call centers, telecommunications, retail, financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. King’s innovative initiatives include developing IncenTrak, a SaaS platform that helps companies manage economic incentive receivables, and expanding into the business process outsourcing (BPO) advisory arena to guide organizations on optimal onshore, nearshore, and offshore strategies. His meticulous focus on identifying and solving global site selection challenges has enabled him to work with prominent clients such as T-Mobile, Amazon, Rollins, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Teleperformance, Medtronic, Humana, and Becton Dickinson.
King holds a degree from Southern Methodist University in Political Science and a minor in Business and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. He has earned recognition as an expert in location strategies, with his insights featured in esteemed publications including the Wall Street Journal, Dallas Business Journal, Site Selection Magazine, Area Development Magazine, the Dallas Morning News, and the New York Times. King has also been honored as a Dallas 40 Under 40 recipient, named among the Dallas 500 by DCEO Magazine, and recognized as both a DCEO and CoStar Power Broker.
