Karen began her career in architectural design and construction, gaining valuable project management experience across multiple industries within the AEC sector. Her extensive portfolio includes projects with banks, hospital and medical facilities, industrial complex developments, outdoor malls, office buildings, religious structures, schools, supermarkets, and telecommunications for both remodels and new construction. Notable clients she has collaborated with include Charter Communications, AT&T, T-Mobile, Regional West Medical Center, Lauth Property Group, Shea Properties, Alberta Development Partners, First National Bank, Casper College, Adams State University, and King Soopers.
Karen is particularly excited by recent trends in sustainability and tenant improvement projects, which align with her commitment to enhancing the built environment. She offers exceptional analytical and research abilities, coupled with a critical understanding of best practices in project management, which greatly benefit her clients and team.
Holding a BSB in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, Karen is also a LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and a Bluebeam Certified Professional (BCP). Her technical proficiency includes software tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Revit, which aid in delivering effective project management solutions.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Karen enjoys bowling, solving puzzles, playing Texas Toss (Cornhole), and playing the guitar.
