Josh Bays

Josh Bays is a Senior Partner at Site Selection Group, leading the company’s national industrial and economic development consulting practice. With 18 years of corporate site selection experience, Josh is an expert in guiding industrial clients through every stage of the site selection process. He has worked with a variety of high-profile clients, including Adidas, Amazon, Ryder, Papa John's, Milo’s Tea, Masonite, BRP, Boom Supersonic, Canadian Solar, and Novozymes.

Before becoming a founding partner of Site Selection Group, Josh began his career in corporate site selection at Trammell Crow Company. His diverse industry experience has cultivated his expertise in delivering immediate and long-term client-tailored solutions.

Josh has a Geography (GIS) degree and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Josh enjoys watching his kids play sports, fishing, pottery, working on his golf game, and cheering on Texas Longhorn football. He and his wife have been married for over 17 years and have two children.
