With 18 years of corporate site selection experience, Josh has developed expertise in guiding industrial clients through every stage of the site selection process, helping them navigate the entire value chain of decision-making. He has worked with a variety of high-profile clients, including Adidas, Amazon, Ryder, Papa John's, Milo’s Tea, Masonite, BRP, Boom Supersonic, Canadian Solar, and Novozymes.
Josh began his career at Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on corporate site selection before joining Site Selection Group at its inception. His extensive experience across diverse industries within the industrial sector allows him to deliver tailored solutions that address both the immediate and long-term needs of clients. He is particularly excited by recent trends in state and utility investments into sites and infrastructure, which have greatly enhanced opportunities in the field.
With a BA in Geography (GIS) and an MBA, both from the University of Texas at Austin, Josh’s academic background complements his practical experience. Known for his in-depth understanding of the nuances that drive successful site selection, he’s an invaluable resource to both clients and his team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys watching his kids play sports, fishing, attempting to improve his golf game, and cheering on Texas Longhorn football. He and his wife Carrie have been married for 17 years and have two children, AJ and Wyatt. In his spare time, Josh has a passion for ceramics, particularly wheel throwing—a favorite hobby he's practiced for many years.
