Josh Bays

Josh Bays is a shareholder and Managing Partner at Site Selection Group. His responsibilities include general operational leadership, execution of the firm’s various strategic initiatives, as well as leading the firm’s national industrial and economic development advisory practice. With 19 years of corporate site selection experience, Josh has worked with a variety of high-profile clients, including Adidas, Amazon, Ryder, Papa John's, Milo’s Tea, Masonite, BRP, Boom Supersonic, Canadian Solar, and Novozymes.

Before becoming a founding partner of Site Selection Group, Josh began his career in corporate site selection at Trammell Crow Company. His diverse industry experience has cultivated his expertise in delivering immediate and long-term client-tailored solutions.

Josh has a Geography (GIS) degree and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Josh enjoys watching his kids play sports, fishing, pottery, and cheering on Texas Longhorn football. Josh and his amazing wife Carrie are the proud parents of two children and one crazy golden doodle.
