Jordan is a Senior Vice President at Site Selection Group with over 10 years in corporate real estate services. His national experience with various corporations gives him the ability to develop strategies for any organization facing complex real estate decisions across multiple geographies. His work in over 100 markets has given him a detailed understanding of national and international real estate, labor, and economic incentive conditions.
As part of the Corporate Real Estate Services team, he manages national account portfolios for corporate users in North America providing strategic planning, national and international real estate brokerage, lease administration, and portfolio optimization. In addition, he integrates Site Selection Group's capabilities regarding labor analysis, site selection, and economic incentives to enable his clients to better understand the long-term impact of real estate decisions.
