Jordan White is a Senior Vice President at Site Selection Group with 15 years of experience in user and occupier real estate services. His work in over 250 markets has given him a detailed understanding of both national and international real estate practices and market conditions.
As SVP of the Corporate Real Estate Services team, Jordan manages national and global corporate accounts, providing strategic planning, real estate brokerage, lease administration, and portfolio optimization. He integrates Site Selection Group's capabilities in location advisory, project management, and economic incentives to help clients understand the long-term impact of their real estate decisions. His specialization in private equity-backed national growth for medical and retail occupiers, behavioral health expansions, corporate relocations, and industrial distribution/manufacturing projects has made him a trusted advisor for clients across a range of industries.
Jordan is also recognized for his unbiased tenant advisory solutions, leveraging Site Selection Group’s exclusive focus on tenant needs to deliver optimal outcomes during real estate negotiations. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as participating in ultramarathon running, hiking, skiing, and watching college football.
