Jesse Davis

As an Associate supporting the Project Management team at Site Selection Group, Jesse Davis is responsible for managing all aspects of project management for a portfolio client. His work spans the project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Jesse joined Site Selection Group following his role as Director of Plant Operations at a senior living facility. In this position, he managed contractors and vendors, ensured compliance with safety standards, and maintained the property's overall condition. His hands-on experience in facilities management also includes multi-family housing, conference centers, hotels, college dorms, and high-rise buildings, where he consistently upheld budgeting standards and operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Jesse gained valuable experience across various facilities management sectors. His ability to oversee complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders has been instrumental in his current role, where he continues to apply these skills to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a minor in Psychology from Dordt University, and a Universal EPA certification. As the first in his family to graduate from college, Jesse is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, seeking to grow in his expertise in project management.

Outside work, Jesse enjoys going to the gym, working on his car, and collecting and selling sports cards.
