Senior Vice President
Jeffrey A. Sheehan is a Senior Vice President within Site Selection Group’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group, bringing 25 years of extensive industry experience. In his current role, Jeffrey oversees existing client relationships while driving new client development. He is also dedicated to mentoring associates, ensuring that the next generation of professionals is well-equipped for success in the field.
Jeffrey joined Site Selection Group in 2011, following his tenure as Director of Specialty Services (call centers and data centers) with CASE Commercial (Colliers International), where he managed site selection, economic incentive, and real estate negotiation activities. Before this role, he served as Vice President with Partners National Real Estate Group. His diverse background has equipped him with a robust skill set, focusing on call centers, data centers, financial institutions, land development, and headquarters projects.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has collaborated with a range of clients, including Airsculpt, Aegis, Cosentry/Tierpoint, Etech, Hotels.com, Idearc/SuperMedia, Level5, Texas Security Bank, Synergy Solutions, and Vazata/Horizon Data Centers. He is particularly excited about the continued growth in the data center space, recognizing the significant opportunities it presents for clients.
A key strength Jeffrey brings to the team is his commitment to providing thorough and confirmed details in all deliverables, ensuring clarity and precision in client communications. He believes in the importance of lifelong learning, aiming to continually educate himself and embrace new experiences both in business and life.
Jeffrey holds a degree from Southern Methodist University and is a proud member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, playing and collecting guitars, swimming, traveling, and restoring various items. He shares his life with his wife, Sara, and values spending time with her. Jeffrey is also actively involved in community service, serving as the President of the Park Cities Rotary Club for the 2023-2024 term and volunteering with organizations such as the Agape Clinic, Austin Street Shelter, Bonton Farms, North Texas Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, and Genesis Women’s Shelter. Additionally, he is a member of the Texas Irish Cycling Team and has coached participants in cycling events for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, as well as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s triathlon training program.
