Jake Wilson is a Vice President at Site Selection Group, providing location advisory and real estate services to a variety of corporate clients. With 12 years of experience in the site selection industry, Jake focuses on all real estate aspects of the site selection process. He assists clients throughout all stages, facilitating the leasing or purchasing of buildings and land sites. His extensive skill set includes market research, lease negotiations, portfolio management, and financial modeling. Jake also helps maintain SSG’s proprietary real estate database.
Jake joined Site Selection Group in 2013, starting on the analyst team. He utilized his finance and real estate background to learn and assist with all stages of the corporate site selection process. While focusing on real estate services, he also participated in gathering and analyzing labor data and market conditions to help consult clients across various industries.
Specializing in industrial projects, Jake has worked with clients such as Canadian Solar, FlexXray, Sage Sustainable Electronics, and EverFresh. He finds excitement in the diverse client base SSG services and the unique projects that arise from this varied work. Jake’s unique skill set includes the ability to navigate and negotiate complex real estate transactions, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and effective solutions.
Eager to expand his knowledge, Jake aims to delve deeper into the intricacies of various industrial requirements, continuously enhancing the value he brings to his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cheering on all TCU and Houston sports teams, and spending quality time with his wife, Christy, and daughter, Kit.
