Jake Connelly

Jake Connelly serves as an Associate at Site Selection Group, where he supports the Data Center team through in-depth research and market analysis. His role helps inform strategic decision-making for mission-critical facility planning and site selection.

Before joining SSG, Jake worked at Morrow Hill, where he specialized in retail tenant representation. That experience laid the groundwork for his current focus on data center real estate, giving him a well-rounded understanding of tenant needs across asset types.

Jake brings a fresh perspective to the team, with a particular interest in exploring how AI can be leveraged in commercial real estate. He is eager to continue expanding his expertise in brokerage and deepen his specialization in the data center sector.

He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and is an alumnus of The Episcopal School of Dallas. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with friends, playing pickup basketball, and golfing.
