Emma Cabrales

Emma is an Associate for the Office Site Selection Team and conducts national market research for active real estate transactions while managing data input for our internal databases and reports. Her role involves organizing the community and building tours, performing financial analyses of deal terms and maintaining regular communication with landlords, brokers, clients, and economic development organizations. She is responsible for assembling client presentations, negotiating deal terms with the guidance of senior brokers, and abstracting fully executed leases into our lease administration system.
