Emma Cabrales

Emma Cabrales is an Associate at Site Selection Group, where she conducts market research for real estate transactions, manages data for internal reports, and performs financial analyses. Her primary responsibilities also include communicating with landlords, brokers, and clients, organizing real estate tours, assembling client presentations, negotiating deal terms with senior brokers, and abstracting leases into the company’s system.

Emma joined Site Selection Group in June 2022, bringing over two years of experience in the real estate field. Though still early in her career, she has demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to excelling in a dynamic environment.

Primarily focused on office deals, Emma has recently expanded her expertise to include a diverse range of projects such as industrial/flex deals, headquarters, and medical facilities. Her client roster features prominent names like T-Mobile, Ezee Fiber, Teleperformance, Rollins, Navient, Astound (RCN), and Maximus, showcasing her growing involvement in significant real estate transactions.

Emma brings a positive attitude and personable nature to her work, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She is eager to gain more transaction experience to further enhance her skills and contributions to the team.

Emma holds a double major in Statistical Sciences and Sociology from Southern Methodist University (SMU), equipping her with analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of social dynamics in business environments.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys exploring Dallas restaurants with friends and walking on the Katy Trail.
