Elijah Moore is a Senior Associate for the Industrial team at Site Selection Group, where he manages, analyzes, and visualizes data for site selection projects and industrial real estate development. His primary responsibilities include applying comparative modeling, coordinating community outreach, crafting client deliverables, utilizing GIS platforms, and reviewing due diligence for site selection and real estate development recommendations.

Elijah began his career in real estate as a Pre-Closing Assistant at Shafritz & Dean, LLC, where he handled title work and conducted property research. He then joined the Georgia Department of Economic Development as a Research Analyst, where he produced RFIs and used GIS for data visualization. These foundational experiences in real estate, economic development, and data analysis paved the way for his current role at Site Selection Group, where he has spent nearly two years specializing in industrial site selection.

With expertise spanning various industries, including food, solar, construction products, metals, biopharma, mineral processing, and aerospace, Elijah offers a well-rounded perspective to his clients. He is particularly excited about the growing trend of brownfield redevelopment, which addresses industrial real estate shortages while promoting sustainable development and revitalizing underutilized areas.

Elijah’s unique combination of knowledge in workforce analysis, business costs, and incentives from his previous role with the State of Georgia and his current focus on physical site characteristics enables him to provide a comprehensive view of what businesses need when searching for new real estate. His goal is to integrate qualitative research around site development and assessment into a more quantitative format, enhancing prioritization and understanding ROI to provide actionable insights.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Public Policy from Mercer University and has obtained certifications in ARCGIS spatial analysis and cartography. Elijah is proficient in GIS technologies, including ArcGIS, Google MyMaps, Google Earth, and Latapult, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

Outside of work, Elijah enjoys exploring new places, reading, and spending time outdoors. He is also a "funcle" to seven energetic nephews and nieces, and once traveled 70 miles across the Canadian wilderness by canoe.
