Targeted class A+ office and high-end mixed-use sites which met landlord resistance due to their medical use.
The Result
Negotiated all business terms including tenant improvement allowances, concessions, construction timelines, and security deposit reductions.
Worked with the executive team as their de-facto real estate department.
Implemented new clinic standard layouts that reduced overall space sizes from 5,500 square feet to 3,750 square feet.
