Carly Fritts is the Senior Director of Operations at Site Selection Group, where she has been a key team member since 2012. She manages critical operational functions including budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, benefits and payroll, and IT. With over 20 years of experience in back-office operations, spanning both the finance industry and her tenure at SSG, Carly has successfully built a career focused on operational efficiency and support across multiple sectors.

Carly is vital in streamlining operations and ensuring employees have the tools and resources needed to provide outstanding client service.

Carly holds a degree in Political Economy from Tulane University and is proficient in QuickBooks, Office 365 administration, and Checkpoint cybersecurity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her spouse and their dogs.
