Campbell Drennan

Campbell Drennan is a Senior Associate at Site Selection Group, where she plays a pivotal role in market research, market and building tours, market surveys, financial analysis, lease abstracts, and communication with clients, leasing agents, and landlords. She is also responsible for drafting proposals, specializing in office and industrial real estate.

Campbell began her career with internships at Lowery Property Advisors in Fort Worth and Public Properties in Washington D.C., gaining valuable experience over three years. She joined Site Selection Group in 2022, where she has since deepened her expertise and continued to develop her skills.

Campbell has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, such as Behavioral Innovations, D-BAT, HomePro, Blackhawk Industrial, Benchcraft, and E-Tech. She is particularly excited about the resurgence of the office market post-COVID and the subsequent recovery of the real estate market.

Known for her punctuality and organizational skills, Campbell is focused on enhancing her negotiation abilities. She graduated from TCU in 2022 with a major in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate and holds a Real Estate License. Outside of work, Campbell enjoys traveling and exploring Dallas.
