Brett Bayduss

Brett Bayduss serves as a Senior Partner at Site Selection Group, where he leads labor and data analytics for office-related projects and contributes to the management and operational structure of the company. With 25 years of industry experience, Brett is a cornerstone of the team, specializing in office real estate including call centers, back offices, headquarters, shared services, and technology. He focuses on various industry sectors, with notable expertise in call centers, insurance, financial services, and expanding interests in banking, behavioral health, and retail.

Brett began his career at Trammell Crow Company, working in the National Retail Group before moving to the call center site selection division. His journey continued as one of the founding partners of Site Selection Group, where he collaborated closely with King White and Sam Pruitt throughout his career.

His impressive client roster includes Amazon, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Northwestern Mutual, UPS, Viking Cruises, Washington Trust Bank, T-Mobile, Kronos, and Wayfair. Brett is particularly excited about the evolving office sector post-COVID, anticipating innovative changes in office design and work arrangements that will enhance collaboration and team building.

Holding a Master’s degree in Geography specializing in site selection, Brett is adept with various software platforms and keen on improving the application of these technologies to address client needs better. Outside of work, he enjoys attending his children’s sporting events and extracurricular activities. If time permits, he likes to relax at the beach. Fun fact: Brett is only three states away from visiting all 50 states.
