Billie Owens is a Senior Associate working in the Economic Incentive Division at Site Selection Group. Before starting at the Site Selection Group, Billie worked in both the Tax Technology and Credits & Incentives divisions at Ryan LLC. From a technology perspective, she has experience configuring proprietary tax software, running custom tax reports, and utilizing data manipulation tools. From an economic incentive perspective, she specialized in the Texas Enterprise Program.
