Billie Rodman is an Associate working in the Economic Incentive Division at Site Selection Group. Before starting at the Site Selection Group, Billie worked in both the Tax Technology and Credits & Incentives divisions at Ryan LLC. From a technology perspective, she has experience configuring proprietary tax software, running custom tax reports, and utilizing data manipulation tools. From an economic incentive perspective, she specialized in the Texas Enterprise Program.
