King R. White is founder and president of Site Selection Group. Leveraging nearly 15 years of experience in the location advisory and real estate industries, White founded Site Selection Group to provide comprehensive global location strategies to corporations and communities. Under his direction, Site Selection Group has successfully increased revenue and profitability each year while personally managing the completion of over 50 projects per year. His clients include Alltel Communications, Amazon.com, Becton Dickinson, Harley-Davidson, The Home Depot, Medtronic, Nationwide Insurance and ThyssenKrupp.

Prior to the formation of Site Selection Group, White was a principal and founder of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company, where he provided global location consulting and economic incentive services to a wide array of corporations. He was consistently a top producer and considered the leading location strategist for the firm. White completed more than 400 projects across the world while at Trammell Crow Company. Before joining Trammell Crow in 1997, White worked for an international tenant representation firm, where he excelled in developing new business for the high-growth firm.

As a recognized and trusted expert in the site selection industry, White has been a speaker at various industry events and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's and Site Selection Magazine. He also is an active member in Industrial Asset Management Council and CoreNet.

In recognition of his career accomplishments, White was recognized as one of the nation's top site location consultants by Southern Business & Development Magazine and awarded the "Top 40 Under 40" business leadership award by the Dallas Business Journal in 2010. He has also been awarded Power Broker of the Year in 2007, 2008 and 2009 by the CoStar Group and awarded the "Heavy Hitter" award by the Dallas Business Journal in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. White is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Southern Methodist University.

Sam Pruitt, executive vice president and principal, is a founding partner of Site Selection Group. He serves as a senior account manager for Site Selection Group's clients.

Pruitt brings more than 15 years of experience to the company with particular expertise in location advisory strategies and real estate negotiations. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 500 location advisory projects for clients, including American Red Cross, Boeing, Convergys, Expedia, McKesson, Medtronic, PRC and Ticketmaster.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Pruitt served as vice president of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company where he oversaw the site selection, economic incentive and real estate negotiation activities of this division. Before joining Trammell Crow Company in 2002, Pruitt served as a project and transaction manager of a Chicago based commercial real estate firm, and senior analyst of CB Richard Ellis, helping to build its call center site selection platform.

Pruitt was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the "Heavy Hitter" award in 2005 and 2006 and "Top 35 Under 35" in 2006. He was also awarded the 2005 "MVP" Real Estate Broker of the Year from Trammell Crow Company. Pruitt is a team recipient of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine. Pruitt also was awarded Power Broker of the Year for 2007, 2008 and 2009 by the CoStar Group.

As executive vice president and founding partner, Brett Bayduss is a critical part of the management team and manages all aspects of the location advisory division.

Bayduss brings more than 10 years of location advisory experience to the company. He has completed more than 400 site selection projects for clients, including American Express, Becton Dickinson, Marriott, McKesson and Medtronic.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Bayduss was vice president of the Corporate Site Selection Group at Trammell Crow Company where he conducted in-depth site selection research of locations across the world on behalf of corporate customers.

Bayduss was a team recipient of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine. He was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the "Heavy Hitter" award in 2005 and the "Top 35 Under 35" in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008. He also was recognized as a "Power Broker" by the CoStar Group in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Bayduss is a noted expert in trade publications, including as Area Development and National Real Estate Investor.

He is an active member of the Junior Achievement Program, an organization of business leaders that share their expertise with Dallas area students. He is a licensed real estate salesman in the State of Texas and holds a master's degree in geography-site selection from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a bachelor's degree in urban planning-geography from Binghamton University.

David Brandon

David Brandon is senior vice president and manages the company's industrial and economic development business practices. Brandon brings more than 30 years of location advisory experience to the company with an extensive understanding of workforce analysis, assessment and pragmatic decision making in the investment location process.

Brandon was previously a senior vice president and principal of The Pathfinders, an economic development advisory firm. Prior to joining The Pathfinders, Brandon was the executive director of the State Departments of Commerce in Delaware and Texas, where he managed global business recruitment programs.

Throughout his career, he has completed more than 1,000 economic development and corporate location advisory projects for clients, including AIG Insurance, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and UPS.

Brandon is a recognized national expert in the areas of location advisory, labor analysis, economic adjustment, reuse of military bases and project marketing. He received a master's degree in economics from the University of Delaware, a bachelor's degree in business from Wilkes University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Christine Sullivan

Christine Sullivan is senior vice president and leads the economic incentive business practice of the company. Sullivan has nearly 15 years of experience as a governmental and corporate liaison professional in economic and land development. She is an expert in fiduciary entitlement, tax credit and bond procurement, and is a developer of incentive agreements and land development project management.

Sullivan is a dynamic negotiator who has successfully secured tax abatements, PILOT agreements, entitlement incentives, development agreements, settlement agreements, strategic community partnerships and other economic incentives that have had a positive, direct impact upon the client's bottom line. Being a highly articulate and effective communicator with solid platform and presentation skills, she is consistently asked to deliver agenda and project summation for clients to communities and political leaders.

Previously, Sullivan worked for TALX Corporation as senior manager of the Economic Development Incentive Services division. Prior to joining TALX, she represented tax credit land developers to both state and federal agencies and managed the developer's overall project goals for finance, political, public policy and pre-construction.

Sullivan began her career as a governmental liaison in Austin, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in government and a minor in business administration.

He is very active in various associations including TCU Alumni Association, Texas Real Estate Commission, Young Professionals Forum Committee and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Jeff Sheehan

Jeff Sheehan is a senior vice president with Site Selection Group. He provides account management and business development for corporate clients.

Sheehan brings more than 18 year of experience to the company with particular experience in such areas of site selection, transaction services, labor/demographic analysis and economic incentive negotiations. Jeff's focus is primarily with corporate commercial real estate solutions for call centers, data centers, financial institutions, headquarters and economic development consulting.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Sheehan served as Director of Specialty Services with CASE Commercial (formerly GVA/Cawley); he oversaw the site selection, economic incentive and real estate negotiation activities of this division. Before joining CASE Commercial in 2006, Sheehan served as a Vice President with Partners National Real Estate Group working with national clients across the country.

Sheehan is a licensed real estate salesman in Texas and CCIM candidate and received a bachelor's degree in History/Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

Noel Ragin

Noel Ragin is a senior vice president and provides comprehensive industry leading project management services for our clients. He has over forty years of experience in a variety of capacities in the commercial real estate industry, serving as an owner/developer, as an architect, as a general contractor, and as a real estate project manager. Due to the diverse nature of his experience, Mr. Ragin has the unique ability to fully manage all of the steps that must be taken to complete a real estate project. He understands the dynamics of markets, economics, schedules, architectural design and construction and the impact these dynamics have on each other. As a result, he knows how to manage the activities of the various disciplines involved in a project and can engage them to assure the successful completion of the project. His ability to analyze problems and create alternative solutions has been the key to his successful real estate career.

Mr. Ragin brings over 40 years of experience in design and construction services to Site Selection Group. He began his career as a practicing architect after receiving a bachelor's degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Site Selection Group, he successfully operated his own project management consulting practice for ten years. He also served as a project manager with CB Richard Ellis where he formed and directed their Project Management Group for the South Central Region. He has successfully managed countless institutional and corporate design and construction projects. As a result of his unique blend of experience, he is well qualified to provide services that allow clients to gain complete control of the entire construction and occupancy process. Working in tandem with other Site Selection Group professionals, he is able to provide clients fully coordinated real estate and construction representation. The degree of control this provides clients ensures results that will stand the test of time.

Bryant is senior vice president and specializes in the administration of economic incentives for our clients. Bryant has over 18 years experience in site selection and economic incentives administration. During this period, Bryant provided site selection and incentives services for over 10% of the Fortune 500.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Bryant was a Principal of a technology company that developed software that managed government sponsored economic incentives for global, national and regional companies. Before this venture, Bryant was an Associate Director with the world's largest commercial real estate company and a member of the company's site selection/corporate services group.

His clients include leading corporations including Dell, Sprint/Nextel, Home Depot, First Data, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, IBM and USAA.

Bryant has won numerous awards throughout his career including Top Forty Under 40 and Top Gun Award. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona and was a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Josh Bays

Josh Bays is vice president and concentrates on industrial, education, and economic development projects for the company. Bays has become a critical part of the company's management team through the development of various cutting-edge analytical platforms enabling our clients to optimize their location decisions.

Bays previously worked as a Trammell Crow Company associate in the Corporate Site Selection Group where he managed the company's GIS database and researched critical location variables, including economic incentive and real estate conditions for corporate operations.

Throughout his career, he has completed more than 250 projects for global clients, including Amazon.com, Bimbo Bakeries, Boeing, Bryant & Stratton College, Harley-Davidson, Lincoln Education Services, and the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition.

Bays received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.  Bays holds a bachelor's degree in geography with concentrations in urban geography and geographic information science from The University of Texas at Austin.  Bays is a licensed real estate salesman in the State of Texas.”

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Edenfield worked as a top business development contractor for a leading nutritional beverage company in the health and wellness industry. He managed clients' needs and excelled in developing new business.

Edenfield was a double major at Southern Methodist University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy. He is an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha alumni association and is also a certified competent communicator by Toastmasters International.

Burns is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. At The University of the South, he played four seasons of varsity baseball, earning All-SCAC honors twice, and he was captain of the team during his final two years. Burns has helped out with numerous children's baseball camps over the years and continues to be involved in the game.

Her interest in real estate began with her work at a Dallas-based boutique real estate company that specialized in development and investments; she was employed there for more than six years.
