Leveraging over 15 years of experience in the location advisory and real estate industries, White founded Site Selection Group to provide comprehensive global location and economic incentive strategies to corporations and communities. Under his direction, Site Selection Group has successfully increased revenue and profitability each year while personally managing the completion of over 50 projects per year. His clients include Alltel Communications, Amazon.com, Becton Dickinson, Harley-Davidson, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Medtronic, Nationwide Insurance and ThyssenKrupp.

Prior to the formation of Site Selection Group, White was a principal and founder of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company, where he provided global location consulting and economic incentive services to a wide array of corporations. He was consistently a top producer and considered the leading location strategist for the firm. Before joining Trammell Crow in 1997, White worked for an international tenant representation firm, where he excelled in developing new business for the high-growth firm.

As a recognized and trusted expert in the site selection industry, White has been a speaker at various industry events and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's and Site Selection Magazine. He also is an active member in Industrial Asset Management Council and CoreNet.

In recognition of his career accomplishments, White was recognized as one of the nation's top site location consultants by Southern Business & Development Magazine and awarded the "Top 40 Under 40" leadership award by the Dallas Business Journal in 2010. He is also an active member of Vistage, a leading global executive leadership program. White is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Southern Methodist University.

Sam Pruitt, executive vice president and principal, is a founding partner of Site Selection Group. He serves as a senior account manager for Site Selection Group's clients.

Pruitt brings more than 15 years of experience to the company with particular expertise in location advisory strategies and real estate negotiations. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 500 location advisory projects for clients, including American Red Cross, Boeing, Convergys, Expedia, McKesson, Medtronic, PRC and Ticketmaster.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Pruitt served as vice president of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company where he oversaw the site selection, economic incentive and real estate negotiation activities of this division. Before joining Trammell Crow Company in 2002, Pruitt served as a project and transaction manager of a Chicago based commercial real estate firm, and senior analyst of CB Richard Ellis, helping to build its call center site selection platform.

Pruitt was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the "Heavy Hitter" award in 2005 and 2006 and "Top 35 Under 35" in 2006. He was also awarded the 2005 "MVP" Real Estate Broker of the Year from Trammell Crow Company. Pruitt is a team recipient of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine. Pruitt also was awarded Power Broker of the Year for 2007, 2008 and 2009 by the CoStar Group.

Pruitt is a licensed real estate salesman in Texas and has received a bachelor's degree in geography with an emphasis in GIS from California State University at Chico.

As executive vice president and founding partner, Brett Bayduss is a critical part of the management team and manages all aspects of the location advisory division.

Bayduss brings 15 years of location advisory experience to the company. He has completed more than 400 site selection projects for clients, including American Express, Becton Dickinson, Marriott, McKesson and Medtronic.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Bayduss was vice president of the Corporate Site Selection Group at Trammell Crow Company where he conducted in-depth site selection research of locations across the world on behalf of corporate customers.

Bayduss was a team recipient of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine. He was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the "Heavy Hitter" award in 2005 and the "Top 35 Under 35" in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008. He also was recognized as a "Power Broker" by the CoStar Group in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Bayduss is a noted expert in trade publications, including as Area Development and National Real Estate Investor.

He is a licensed real estate salesman in the State of Texas and holds a master's degree in geography-site selection from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a bachelor's degree in urban planning-geography from Binghamton University.

Kelley Rendziperis

As a principal and leader of the economic incentive division of Site Selection Group, Kelley Rendziperis has more than 10 years of experience in the negotiation and compliance of discretionary and statutory economic incentives.

Kelley is a dynamic negotiator who has successfully secured tax abatements, PILOT agreements, sales tax sharing agreements, employee training grants, job creation grants, sales and use tax refunds and other economic incentives that have a positive and direct impact upon the client’s bottom line. Being a highly articulate and effective communicator, Kelley is consistently asked to deliver our client’s agenda and project summation to communities and political leaders.

Kelley joined Site Selection Group from Ernst & Young. While with EY, Kelley provided tax and incentives consulting throughout the United States to companies in a wide range of industries and was integral in growing EY's practice in the Southwest region.

Kelley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College at Notre Dame and graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law with her Juris Doctor.  She was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2003 and currently resides in her hometown of Austin, Texas.

Lee Wagner is a principal of Site Selection Group. Focusing primarily on corporate real estate services, he displays particular strength with his market knowledge in site selection and analysis, lease and sublease negotiations, and space expansion for all types of companies.  Wagner has been directly involved in transactions totaling more than $300 million encompassing more than 2 million square feet of space for companies like BCD Travel, PNM Resources, Traveling Coaches, Diamond McCarthy, LLP & Highland Energy.

 

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Lee was a senior vice president at a leading global real estate services firm where he and his partners earned numerous awards including the “Largest Office Lease” and “The Best Office Deal with Developed Real Estate” by the Dallas Business Journal.  In addition to being named a top producer in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, & 2010 he was named a Costar Power Broker and a Dallas Business Journal “Heavy Hitter”.

In 2007, Lee was named to the Circle of Excellence by his previous employer, an honor that only 100 brokers nationwide obtain. He has also obtained the prestigious distinction of being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This designation incorporates the essential skill sets of financial, market, user and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold this designation. Wagner has 14 years of commercial real estate experience graduating from Texas A&M University obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Marketing.

Josh Bays is a principal of Site Selection Group where he manages the company's industrial, education, and economic development business practices. He is a critical part of the company's management team and helps develop and implement strategic plans for SSG. Throughout his career, Bays has been a key contributor in the continued development of new service lines offered by the company. These contributions include the development of various cutting-edge analytical platforms that have enabled clients to optimize their location decisions.

Previously, Bays was an associate at Trammell Crow Company in the Corporate Site Selection Group. There, he supported all location advisory projects through the research of critical site selection variables, including economic incentive and real estate conditions for corporate operations.

Bays has completed more than 250 projects for global clients, including Amazon.com, W.W. Grainger, Novartis, Glanbia Foods, Bimbo Bakeries, Boeing, Harley-Davidson, Lincoln Education Services, Bryant & Stratton College and the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition.

Bays received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Bays holds a bachelor's degree in geography with concentrations in urban geography and geographic information science from The University of Texas at Austin.

His software development and testing skills proved instrumental in the development of Site Selection Group's cutting-edge economic incentive management software, IncenTrak.

Mike's experience in the information technology industry includes working for leading corporations such as CitiBank, JC Penney's and Neiman Marcus. Mike graduated from Southern Methodist University and currently resides in Dallas.

David Brandon is senior vice president and manages the company's industrial and economic development business practices. Brandon brings more than 30 years of location advisory experience to the company with an extensive understanding of workforce analysis, assessment and pragmatic decision making in the investment location process.

Brandon was previously a senior vice president and principal of The Pathfinders, an economic development advisory firm. Prior to joining The Pathfinders, Brandon was the executive director of the State Departments of Commerce in Delaware and Texas, where he managed global business recruitment programs. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 1,000 economic development and corporate location advisory projects for clients, including AIG Insurance, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and UPS.

Brandon is a recognized national expert in the areas of location advisory, labor analysis, economic adjustment, reuse of military bases and project marketing. He received a master's degree in economics from the University of Delaware, a bachelor's degree in business from Wilkes University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

With over 20 years of experience, Jeff brings experience in the areas of site selection, transaction management, labor/demographic analysis and economic incentive negotiations. Jeff has significant expertise with call centers, data centers, financial institutions and headquarters projects.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Sheehan served as director of specialty services with CASE Commercial. He oversaw the site selection, economic incentive and real estate negotiation activities of this division. In addition, Sheehan served as a vice president with Partners National Real Estate Group before joining CASE Commercial.

Sheehan is a licensed real estate salesman in Texas and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and received a bachelor's degree in History/Political Science from Southern Methodist University. He is on the regional board for the Professional Association of Customer Engagement (PACE), the leading call center professional organization.

He is active member of the Park Cities Rotary Club and is heavily involved in numerous philanthropies; American Diabetes Association, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Make-A-Wish and Multiple Sclerosis Society. He is an active member of the Texas Irish Cycling Team.

Bill has a long work history with leading corporations including serving as a trial attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Bill was born and raised in the northeastern United States where he earned his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey. In addition, he graduated from with an honors degree in economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Bill continues to be a member of the Texas Bar Association.

This attention to detail allows him to add unique value to office tenants in all areas of DFW.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Jordan worked at John Bowles Company for several years before deciding to focus exclusively on tenant representation.

At The University of the South, he played four seasons of varsity baseball, earning All-SCAC honors twice, and he was captain of the team during his final two years. Burns has helped out with numerous children's baseball camps over the years and continues to be involved in the game.

Craig R. Bull is Vice President of Design & Construction Services for Site Selection Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and provides a comprehensive scope of services that managing all aspects of the construction process design through construction and move-in.

He has worked as an architect and construction project manager on a variety of project types across the world. His experience ranges from ground-up development to interior tenant improvements for property types including: office, medical, call center, industrial, data centers, manufacturing, distribution, hotel and retail mixed-use projects.

Craig is responsible for the overall management of construction including preliminary budgeting and scheduling, assembling of the project team, contract negotiations and oversight of the design and construction process. His expertise in design and project management has proven to be instrumental in many multimillion dollar projects.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Craig worked as a senior project manager on over 100 projects at Mohr Partners and Gatehouse Capital. At Mohr Partners, he was responsible for managing construction activities for several national accounts for projects including office, industrial and special-use projects such as call centers. While at Gatehouse Capital, he was responsible for design and construction related activities for several multi-million dollar mixed-use projects such as the“W” Hollywood Hotel, a large condominium project in Hollywood and “Glorypark” in Arlington, TX.

Craig began his career working for several high end residential and hospitality architecture/interiors firms where he acted as an intern architect/project manager as well as a real estate salesperson. Craig joined CBRE in Dallas, TX in 1996 where he worked as an associate in the Corporate Advisory Group performing project management services.
