King R. White is founder and president of Site Selection Group. Leveraging more than 11 years of experience in the site selection and real estate industries, White founded Site Selection Group to provide comprehensive global location strategies to corporations and communities.

Prior to the formation of his own firm, White was a principal and founder of the Corporate Site Selection Group of Trammell Crow Company, where he and his team provided strategic location consulting for projects such as, back-office, call centers, data centers, distribution centers, headquarters, and manufacturing and R&D operations. During his tenure, White consistently was a top producer and completed more than 400 site selection projects for leading corporations, such as Alltel Communications, Amazon.com, American Express, The Home Depot, Progressive Insurance, Sprint and Washington Mutual Bank.

Before joining Trammell Crow in 1997, White served as an associate at Cawley International, a national tenant representation firm, where he excelled in developing new business for the high-growth firm.

A recognized and trusted expert in the site selection industry, White has been a speaker at various industry events and has been quoted in leading publications, including such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Site Selection Magazine and Call Center Magazine. He is also a long-time member of CORENET, the world’s premier association for corporate real estate professionals.

White and his team were named the recipient of the William Dorsey Site Selection Award in 2003, 2004 and 2005, presented by Site Selection Magazine.  Additionally, White was recognized for his career accomplishments by the Dallas Business Journal for the “Heavy Hitter” award and the “Top 10 Under 35” in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. White is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern Methodist University.
