Josh Bays is senior associate of Site Selection Group and is a site selection analyst for the company.  Bays conducts comprehensive research on labor, economic incentive and real estate conditions of communities across the world, and manages the company’s GIS database.  

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Bays served as an associate of the Corporate Site Selection Group at Trammell Crow Company. There, Bays assisted the team in researching key locations, based on the labor, demographic, economic incentive and real estate conditions of corporate operations.

Throughout his career, he has completed more than 50 site selection projects for global clients, including American Express, Harley-Davidson, Sallie Mae and Unitrin Direct.

Bays is a team recipient of the 2005 William Dorsey Site Selection Award, presented by Site Selection Magazine. He is a licensed real estate salesman in the state of Texas and received a bachelor’s degree in geography, with concentration in urban geography and geographic information science, from The University of Texas at Austin.
