Two Tenants Take 151,987 SF of Fort Worth Industrial Space

FORT WORTH - In back-to-back deals, a Lee & Associates DFW team has completed two industrial leases, totaling 151,987 square feet.
The larger lease, 92,098 square feet, was signed by Streamline Packaging Co. and Exeter Property Co. Trey Fricke, Mark Graybill and Donnie Rohde of Lee & Associates DFW represented Exeter, the landlord of 15124 Grand River in Fort Worth. Jeff Patman of Site Selection Group in Dallas represented the tenant.
Graybill and Rohde were the tenant representatives for a 59,889-square-foot lease for Riex Co. LP. Cannon Green of Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP represented RREEF, landlord of CentrePort 3 at 4300 Diplomacy Rd., also in Fort Worth.
