Kentucky-based Community Trust Bancorp acquired 9456 State Highway 121 in Frisco, TX, from Wells Fargo Bank for $2.2 million or $341 per square foot.
The single-story, 6,450-square-foot bank building was built in 2001 and is in the North Central Dallas Outlying Retail submarket. The retail property
was surplus after the Wells Fargo acquisition of Wachovia in 2008. The branch has 7 drive-thru teller stations at a high visibility location on Sam Rayburn Tollway.
